So I decided to start posting on my blog again. I don’t know how long my interest will last but hopefully it will last at least as long as it did last time.It’s 5 o’clock and it’s currently 82 degreese in San Francisco, the fog city. This past weekend and now this week it’s been increasingly hot. Funny thing is that it’s supposed to be 80 tomorrow and then 65 on Wednesday. So when the middle of the week comes by we should be back to normal :/It’s OK though cause it’s nice to have a couple of hot days now and again. I’m currently in my Intro To Software Development class and I’m very uncomfortable since it’s so hot and everybody is on computers that are giving off heat.

Well not really really huge. Just got quite a few things to do. And it’s actually a nice day too! Well that is, in my opinion. It’s cloudy and looks like rain. Anyways I am soon departing to go to the post office to get my passport. That way I can run off to Canada and Tijuana whenever I feel like it! Also I feel that it is a good thing to have on hand…

After that I’m going to the good old DMV where I will be taking my permit test at last. I realized how easy it is get. All I have to do is pass a vision test a writen test. I took all the practice tests online and they were really easy so I don’t think it will be a problem. Then I’ll be able to legally practice driving! Fun! Plus I told Katie I was going to start getting my licence durring break and well, looks like I am. And hey, if I get enough practice in, maybe I can get my licence on Saturday! Doubt that will happen though :p

Lastly I need to go to costco to get supplies for school and also a small desk fan since the one I have is falling apart and anticipate to die on me very very soon. So I’ll stock up on random, hopefully healthy foods, a crapload of cup of noodles, candy, and water. Maybe I’ll throw some drink in there.

Oh and if I haven’t mentioned it already I got my dual screens set up but my comptuer is acting up as far as cell phone usb drivers are concerned. I’m just going to wait till I get back to my dorm to install them and I’ll take pictures with my webcam soon. So hang in there.

I wish i was Asian. AZn people are hella cool. I’m just plain white and i steal puppies.

Sometimes in the morning I wake up and I just go straight to class. Theres no need to wash my face or change or even look in the mirror. I look like this all the time in fact. It’s the cool werewolf look I’m going for. You know that awesome movie Twilight? I want to be the werewolf like Jacob Black. He was my inspiration.

I also think that i need cialis. You can look it up if you are curious enough. I just watched a commercial about it just now. It looks good, I think I’ll talk to my doctor about getting some.

I want a husky. they are so cute. I like furry animals. they are soft. i could rub my face all over their fur. i want to name my dog killa. i think it is a funny name. i also like spagetti. my favorite day in the DC is when they have spaghetti and meatballs. also, mashed potates and chicken pot pie. they are so delicious. it makes me drool thinking about food. i think i will eat soon.

my roommate armando is a funny fella. he is sleeping. i think i should pull a prank on him. maybe i will fart on his pillow. then he will have red eye, like from that pregnant movie.

So I’m about to watch Wall-E. Yeah I know it hasn’t been released to DVD yet but I have my sources on how to get it. Please don’t comment me asking how to get it because I probably can’t post about it here. I’ve already gotten trouble once for telling people how to block the ad’s on the site.

Anyways, I got back to my dorm about 3 hours ago and spend a bit of time teaching Katie the basics of PowerPoint so she could make a presentation for the morality class she’s a TA for. I don’t know why she has to make a presentation, sounds like that’s something the student’s should be doing. haha oh well. Then I went and chilled in Phill and Travis’s room for like 2 hours and talked about… well, stuff. I dunno. Not much really :p

Well I’m going to go watch Wall-E now and maybe after it’s over I’ll write a blog post about it and then maybe pound out some homework. We’ll see what happens. I only have English homework though and my class isn’t till 7pm tomorrow anyways. So I may just do it after cross country practice.

So I’m in Tahoe with Katie! We were going to go up Friday at around 5 but my coach said I have practice on Saturday. Friday night he informs me that I don’t. So when Katie get’s up at  8 we decided to still go to Tahoe and get up at about 12:30 in the morning.

I think that was the best decision because we have more time to do stuff now. If we left today we would just have gotten here and then we would have been tired and probably took a nap. Now were going to go into town and get shampoo because Katie forgot to bring it. Maybe some orange juice too. Well see. 

I managed to forget both the charger for my computer and my cell phoone. I think I’ll be ok though. I don’t get service up here and I brought my Eee Pc so I still have about 3 and a half hours of battery life left. I think I can make it :p

Anyways were going to be heading out now so I’ll probably post tomorrow before we leave for home to let all you interested readers know what we ended up doing. 

So I had to do a bunch of stuff for my homework computer class homework. It was really basic stuff like adding a picture to a word document and converting it to a .pdf. However there was a point at the end where we had to create a website and host it on our schools server. This was a problem because my connection was so bad that I though I was doing something when in reality it kept not connection due to my connection. So I had to sit outside the gym and create my site there on the ground and tweak it so it worked well and all the links work. It worked out fine in the end and now I plan to build a website that I will use to host links for programs that I write as I get more advanced. I’ll also improve the site as I go along. So I just got back from homecoming at St. Vincents high school where Katie goes. In a nutshell, it was really really fun. We were thinking about going to an after party at Monica’s house but  Katie decided against it so were going to eat pizza and watch a movie

You may be thinking: Wow what a looser. Why is he on the computer at Katie’s house? Well she’s actually on her computer writing her blog. Now I promised her that I would include her in this and though I already did I want to say that she looked very pretty in her dress which was black and red. I wore a black shirt and red tie (I know, cliche homecoming outfit) which went with it very well. So all in all we were an awesome couple.

Well were going to go eat pizza and “watch a movie” so night everybody that just so happens to be reading this within the next few minutes…

Recently I have taken upon the task of teaching myself C++. For those of you who don’t know, C++ is a programming language for Windows. I decided to learn it so I could get a better base than .bat programming for when I move into higher level computer classes. I’m majoring in computer science and this stuff seems fun to me, strange as it may seem to you. It’s like my friend Sam, he’s fascinated with biology but I couldn’t care less to be honest. In the same manor he cares very little for learning C++ or probably any other computer language.

My roommate suggested I get Microsoft Visual Plus and that seemed like a prudent idea since I want to be able to create more of a GUI (graphic user interface) type of program rather than command prompt type programs which I’m dealing with now. I already made a few little programs and the more I practice the more I can remember the different commands. Progress is a little slow because I’m easily distracted and don’t want to follow the “course”.

As for my Eee Pc it stopped at a UPS center 40 minutes away for the past two days and hasn’t moved. It’s scheduled to be delivered tomorrow and needless to say, I’m quite excited. I’m probably going to be spending a great deal of my free time on, tweaking it and customizing it to my preferences. Also I’m going to be installing some basic software on it like Word 2007, CodeBlocks, Maybe iTunes however I may go with Winamp since I won’t be doing any syncing with that computer. Just the playing of the music through earphones if anything. Plus I don’t want a high intensity program like iTunes bogging down a Netbook.

So today the Ram upgrade for my new computer came. However my computer has yet to arrive! It’s in San Pablo which is 40 minutes away from state and it got there at 9 in the morning. I don’t see why I can’t have it now! I know I seem impatient but I’m really exacted for it and I can’t wait till it comes. I’m hoping it comes tomorrow but it says it’s on schedule to be delivered on the 8th… If that’s true it will probably be shipped to UPS in San Francisco and be put out on delivery on Wednesday. I wish they could just ship it here tomorrow! Sometimes their early though so you never know…

On a lighter note I’m not too excited for the cross country workout we have tomorrow. It’s 12×400. However there is a little twist: you start a 400 every two minutes. So no matter your pace you always start every two minutes. So you must run at the appropriate pace to be able to complete to workout correctly without passing out and dying.  I think I’ll tell my old High School coach about that workout to see if he want’s to try it with his runners.

So I was leaving my math class today and right before I was leaving one of the kids said “Wow the weather is being weird today. It’s so foggy.” I looked outside to see thick fog and thought “Wow cool! I love riding my longboard through fog!” So I walked out into the hall while talking to my friend Megan and I proceeded to ride my board down the hall. I’m surprised nobody has told me to get off of it yet. Now I’m very hungry so when I get out the door I tell her that I’ll see her tomorrow and I ride down a steep incline that lasts about 6 feet and then lean so that my board makes the sharp turn to ride down the road. However when I first left the hall the mist hit me but I didn’t think about it. The fog was more of a misty drizzle and the road was wet.

Now we all know that wet roads are slippery but when on a longbaord and moving rather quickly while taking a sharp turn the road is a lot more slippery than you might think. So when I take the turn I feel the board beneath me start to slide. Suddenly it flies out from underneath me and I fall to the ground. I throw my hand out to try to break my fall but my efforts are futile. My right hand deflects part of the blow but my speed sends me tumbling and I roll sending myself tumbling and scraping my chin and lip on the ground. It hurt but not at first. I though my lip was a lot worse than it is actually and there was only a little bit of blood. I look up mutter “Fuck…” and see Megan walking down the incline “Wow that sucks!” she says. I agree and pick up my board. My face aches and my lip feels like its destroyed. She says it isn’t that bad except that there’s a lot of blood on the right side of my chin. So I pick up my board and start walking back to the dorm. 

“It’s a little bit slippery out” I say to her as I pass a car parked and look at my face in the reflection of the window. I didn’t like what I saw and didn’t like the feel of it either. I passed Sam, my friend from Cross Country, and he asked me if I wanted to go get acupuncture… I politely declined. So the moral of the story is always know the conditions of the road before taking a sharp turn on your board! Oh and thank God for laptop backpacks. I had my laptop with me and it’s completely fine.
